Seasoned Potato Wedges Recipe


3 cups Wickham Farms Potato Quarter Cuts
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt and black pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 190C.
  • Pour potato quarter cuts into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to coat evenly.
  • Spread evenly on baking sheet covered with baking paper. Sprinkle again with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes until potatoes are tender inside and crispy outside.
  • Serve hot.
