Sweet Potato Chips


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks.
  • 3-4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients until sweet potato chips are well-coated.
  3. Cover baking sheet with baking paper, and pour sweet potato chips onto baking sheet in even layer.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until chips are golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
